Restructuring and corporate distress
The Firm has a dedicated Restructuring and Corporate Distress Department, comprising highly qualified professionals with multidisciplinary expertise in economic, accounting, legal and financial matters. The team has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and turnaround advisory and in corporate crisis management, developed over many years of working alongside companies, financial advisors, institutions and judicial authorities.
Our team has extensive experience before the Italian Courts, having regularly acted as Court-Appointed Receivers, Judicial Commissioners, Court-Appointed Experts and Advisors, Experts in negotiated crisis resolution proceedings, and Court-Appointed Technical Consultants (CTUs).
The Firm’s professionals also have extensive experience serving as members of Boards of Directors of established companies and institutions, as well as members of internal and external supervisory and control bodies. Over the years, they have developed substantial expertise in corporate governance.
