Dr. Vito Antonio Francesco Potenza
Founding Partner
Having grown up in England, where he attended primary and secondary school, he graduated in Economics and Business Administration from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He has been a member of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1990 and is registered with the National Register of Auditors.
After more than 20 years as Senior Partner at Russo & Potenza in Milan, in 2009 he founded the firm Potenza & Partners, which is today PMP Potenza My & Partners.
His practice focuses on strategic advisory for entrepreneurs, companies and corporate groups, combining technical expertise with a business-oriented approach. Throughout his career he has developed extensive experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency proceedings, judicial appointments, business valuations and court-appointed advisory, serving in a number of roles including Bankruptcy Trustee, Judicial Liquidator, Court-Appointed Commissioner and Expert Valuer. He has been involved in several major insolvency proceedings in Italy.
His professional experience is complemented by significant public and institutional appointments. He served as Councillor for the Budget of the Municipality of Seregno in a technical capacity, and acted as adviser to the Senior Quaestor of the Italian Chamber of Deputies on economic and financial matters. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Farma.Co.M. S.p.A., having previously served as Chairman for six years.
Since 2012, he has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Milano-Bicocca, where he has taught Business Valuation and currently lectures on Governance and Compliance within the English-language Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He also designs and delivers advanced professional training programmes on economic and financial matters, including initiatives for specialised units of the Carabinieri Corps in Lombardy.
From 2002 to 2012 he collaborated with UNICRI – United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute, serving as Special Advisor for Institutional Relations, Security Governance and the Counter-Terrorism Laboratory.
His commitment extends to institutional and social activities. Since 1994 he has served as President of the Monza Section of the Associazione Nazionale Carabinieri (ANC) and, since 2009, as Provincial Coordinator for Monza and Brianza. Since 2024 he has also served as President of the ANC Monza Volunteer Group.
In 2023 he was awarded the title of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic (Cavaliere dell’Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana).
Dr. Luigi My
Partner
Luigi My is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with extensive experience in corporate distress, restructuring and insolvency. A graduate of Bocconi University, he further specialised at the University of Milano-Bicocca and completed a Master’s programme at Il Sole 24 Ore focusing on VAT in international transactions.
His practice focuses on corporate distress, restructuring and insolvency, assisting companies and stakeholders through the legal and financial challenges arising from corporate distress.
His practice is primarily dedicated to supporting companies, shareholders and stakeholders in complex restructuring and insolvency situations. He has acted as Bankruptcy Trustee, Judicial Liquidator, Court-appointed adviser and Judicial Administrator, with appointments before the Courts of Milan, Rome and Catanzaro. He also serves as a Deputy Expert for the National Agency for Seized and Confiscated Assets.
He has held a number of institutional positions within the profession. He is a former President of the Young Chartered Accountants Association of Milan (UGDCEC) and currently serves as President of its Board of Disciplinary Arbitrators and as President of its Insolvency Proceedings Committee.
He is a UNI/PdR 167:2025 Certified Auditor for adequate organisational, administrative and accounting structures and serves as Treasurer of the Associazione Consulta Esperti per l’Italia.
Among his current professional appointments, he serves as Sole Statutory Auditor of the Fondazione Milano per la Scala.
Dr. Matteo Tognetti
Chartered Accountant
Matteo Tognetti is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Lecco Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 2016 and is listed on the Register of Corporate Crisis Managers held by the Italian Ministry of Justice.
He has developed solid experience in corporate advisory, crisis management and restructuring transactions, assisting companies and entrepreneurs in the implementation of the tools provided under the Italian Business Crisis and Insolvency Code.
He also advises companies and professionals across a broad range of corporate and business matters, with a distinctive sector focus on the arts, music, entertainment and fashion industries, where he combines financial and corporate expertise with an understanding of the specific dynamics of creative businesses.
Dr. Alberto Tarabelloni
Accounting and tax advisory
Alberto Tarabelloni graduated in Economics, specialising in Administration, Control and Finance, from the University of Pavia and is currently furthering his academic studies in Business Law and Corporate Legislation.
He advises companies and professionals on accounting, tax and administrative matters, with experience spanning ordinary, simplified and flat-rate accounting regimes, financial statement preparation and review, auditing and statutory compliance.
His approach is characterised by precision, reliability and close attention to clients’ individual requirements, supporting businesses and professionals with a practical, service-oriented approach.
